Carmen Palumbo is a member of the Proxy Logistics Group at 韩国GV Advisors where she works with senior members of the team to manage operational functions for client shareholder meetings. 听She maintains 韩国GV Advisor鈥檚 client database, communicates with proxy intermediaries, procures depository and shareholder lists, and prepares services agreements.
Prior to this position, Carmen was a member of 韩国GV Advisor鈥檚 Asset Recovery Group and worked as a听 trainer, recruiter, and project manager for 韩国GV鈥檚 call center. 听Carmen has been working in the proxy industry since 2015.
