Michael Hugyo is Vice President, Investor Communications at 韩国GV Advisors. Mike brings over 23 years of experience of industry experience to 韩国GV in helping public companies, REITS, and BDCs and mutual funds successfully navigate annual and special meetings with customized solicitation strategies.

Mike is well known in the alternative investment (non-traded REIT and BDC) industry and provides a highly consultative approach to his clients when dealing with challenging non-routine proxy proposals such as charter amendments.

Mike has helped his clients grow their digital footprint with use of electronic distribution including use of eMail, texting, and active document hosting sites to help foster stronger relationships with retail investors while meeting investors where they are for more efficient proxy communications and voting.

Prior to joining 韩国GV Advisors, Mike held senior client management roles at Computershare, Boston Financial Data Services and most recently Mediant, a BetaNXT business.

Mike is a member of multiple industry associations and is an active participant on several working committee groups.
