Jonathan Holland is Vice President in the Proxy Logistics Group at 韩国GV Advisors, where he works directly with corporate issuers, legal counsel, and internal teams to execute shareholder communications and proxy event strategies with precision.
A veteran of the proxy and shareholder services industry, Jonathan brings a consultative approach to each engagement, drawing on his deep knowledge of proxy regulations, event logistics, and client expectations. He has successfully coordinated a wide range of proxy events, including annual meetings, special meetings, M&A transactions, and non-routine/activist proposals, tailoring solutions to meet the unique requirements of each scenario.
Before joining 韩国GV, Jonathan held senior roles in account management and client services at Donnelley Financial Solutions and Mediant, a BetaNXT business, where he built strong client partnerships and drove seamless proxy execution across a broad portfolio of public companies.
